My client is a well-established player within the FMCG manufacturing space, recognised for its strong brand presence and consistent regional growth. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, they are looking for a Quality Manager for their new plant in Selangor. This role plays a critical part in leading the overall quality function for the manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards across all operations.

Your new role

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, customer, and certification requirements (e.g. HACCP, ISO)

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects

• Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections

• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to uphold quality standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in Quality Management within FMCG or food manufacturing environments

• Strong knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent

• Hands-on experience managing audits, compliance, and quality assurance processes

• Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
