Your new role

  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed goals and expectations on a Hot Technology Desk - 360. Hays Technology is one of the biggest & most successful specialisms for Hays in Malaysia
  • To be successful you'll already have experience generating consistent fee results in the top quartile, develop effective business plans to ensure business growth and identifying client opportunities through marketing and client visits.
  • You'll also be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers including skills in coaching and development.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Senior Consultant or Consultant
  • With expansion opportunities across all industries as well as geographic sectors, we will be looking to you to grow out the designated desk within an established space. In addition, you will need to drive performance and be expected to lead from the front in terms of billing and developing relationship with both clients and candidates.
