Your new role
- Driving and optimising e-commerce initiatives to enhance the online purchasing journey.
- Relevant experience in handling social media campaign budgets north of RM1 mil
- Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- Developing strategies for online engagement and lead generation.
- Overseeing dashboard development and analytics to monitor campaign performance.
- Managing external agencies and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Leading adoption of new digital marketing technologies and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in web management and digital campaign execution.
- Strong technical proficiency, ideally with HTML and coding knowledge.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for campaign optimisation.
