Regional HR Admin Manager

Your new role

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll and general HR administration

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to key stakeholders in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment

  • Take a lead role in performance management, including review cycles and improvement processes

  • Handle employee and industrial relations (IR/ER) matters with maturity, sound judgement, and confidence

  • Oversee HRIS management, including Infotech, and support performance management using a separate system

  • Manage expatriate administration and mobility matters

  • Adopt a hands‑on approach, balancing strategic partnering with day‑to‑day HR execution

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience, including at least 4 years at managerial level, with regional exposure gained in a sizeable organisation

  • Hands‑on talent acquisition experience is essential

  • Proven experience in performance‑driven environments, with the ability to balance strategic HR delivery and operational execution

  • Experience in developing and leveraging HR metrics to assess and drive HR effectiveness

  • Ability to operate in an agile, fast‑paced environment, with a strong hands‑on mindset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sustainable relationships with senior business stakeholders

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Malay
