Your new role

As a HR Payroll Specialist, your task would be but not restricted to:
  • Process Design & Optimization: Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, optimise HR processes and identify, implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Project Management: Manage a range of internal HR projects including technology implementation and organisational changes.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of HR technology trends to continually enhance the company's HR operations.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Overseeing data management in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Preferably a candidate that can start immediately
  • Preferably candidates who have advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of current HR technology trends and the ability to apply them to improve HR operations.
