Your new role

As part of a regional team, you will develop and execute category procurement strategies for Indirect spend items, including media and market research, for the region. You will be responsible for aligning with regional stakeholders across all seniority levels in the respective business units and build relationships that drive standardisation and investment optimisation as well as risk-mitigation according to the organisation's governance measures. You will also establish short and long-term sourcing / bench-marking plans and promote the business strategy across the respective affiliates. Key stakeholder challenges and market analysis will also be an integral part of your role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree, and working experience in a relevant function

• Strong communication skills in English

• 5 years or more managing Indirect spend categories

• Experience in Project Leadership or Change Management with long-term plan development an added advantage

• Track-record in key stakeholder/vendor management across matrix environments
