They are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager (SEA) to lead their growth in SEA, Taiwan and South Korea. If you’re passionate about science, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Your new role
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across academic, biotech, pharma, and clinical sectors
Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts
Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical support teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (advanced degree preferred
5+ years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation or life science tools (preferably chromatography)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, or similar technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
