Your new role

This role is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end retail operations across a multi‑brand fashion portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and consistent brand execution across stores. The Retail Operations Manager will act as the key bridge between head office strategy and in‑store execution, with ownership over store performance, people capability, and operational standards.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple fashion retail stores
  • Drive sales performance, productivity, and store KPI achievement
  • Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers / Store Managers
  • Monitor sales trends, labour efficiency, and operational costs
  • Work closely with Merchandising, VM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7–12+ years of experience in fashion / apparel retail operations
  • Proven background managing multi‑store networks.
  • Strong exposure to fast‑paced, trend‑driven retail environments
  • Experience within international or structured retail groups preferred
