A long-established multinational company headquartered in the UK, operating in the consumer goods sector. This role supports a global HR function by enhancing internal processes and tools related to compensation and data analysis.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and applications to support the annual reward cycle and decision-making processes.
- Manage and enhance dashboards, ensuring accurate and accessible reward analytics with clear user documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc reward analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing business tools that simplify and automate reward processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence and automation tools, including Python, Excel Macros, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps), Power Query, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- A go-getter who works independently and delivers results with minimal supervision.
