Your new role

This role will sit in the company's Rewards advisory arm. You will lead a team of Rewards consultants and manage US/UK-based clients for Rewards projects. You will also analyse market trends and provide strategic recommendations for clients to enhance employee satisfaction and organisational performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in HR consulting, with a strong focus on Rewards

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver impactful solutions

• Deep expertise in Total Rewards design, including Executive Remuneration, STIP, LTIP, and more

• A track record of success across projects in diverse industries
