Your new role

As the Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing suitable technical solutions to commercial fleet customers. This role offers a good balance between customer-facing sales, technical problem-solving, and market development. Full training will be provided, making it suitable for both talented fresh graduates and candidates with relevant sales experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and grow business opportunities within assigned customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial fleet and industrial customers
  • Identify new clients and explore market expansion opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution discussions
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and improve sales processes
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, or other relevant technical fields
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with experience in technical sales, commercial vehicles, automotive, fleet solutions, industrial products, or related industries will have an added advantage
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Good problem-solving ability with a consultative sales mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop in a commercial role
  • Possess your own transportation and be willing to travel for customer visits
