Your New Role
As the Sales Manager for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across the East Coast and Central regions of Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for:
Develop and execute account management and growth strategies.
Collaborate with leadership on business planning and forecasting.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
Lead, coach, and support team members (for senior roles).
What You'll Need to Succeed
Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
8+ years of sales experience in healthcare, ideally in wound/stoma care.
2+ years of team leadership experience (for Lead level).
Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the East Coast region.
