Sales Manager (Pharmacy)

Your new role

This company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead their poison portfolio across independent and chain pharmacies throughout Malaysia (excluding East Malaysia, East Coast, and Perak). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the pharmacy landscape, and is passionate about delivering life-saving solutions responsibly.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the poison portfolio in assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and chain pharmacies
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance and visibility
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with poison or regulated products
  • Experience in independent pharmacies and chain pharmacies
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to travel extensively across assigned regions
  • Familiar with Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations and poison control guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
