Your new role

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to grow our customer base and strengthen our market position.

• Nurture enduring client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.

• Deliver accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, offering realistic forecasts to our management team.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive offerings.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective performance management.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in the plastic building materials sector.

• Demonstrated success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.

• Effective communication, presentation, and influence skills across all organisational levels.

• Proven capability to manage the entire sales process, from initial planning to final closure.

• In-depth industry knowledge and strong business acumen.
