Your new role
As Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling sales productivity and efficiency across multiple channels. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and other internal functions, you will own and continuously improve sales processes, systems, and ways of working.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving sales effectiveness through process excellence and technology adoption
- Managing CRM and sales tools to support execution and performance tracking
- Providing actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
