A prominent organization in the automotive and industrial sectors, is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of their Salesforce platforms.


Your new role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the development and operational support of the Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud systems. Your main duties will include:
  • Service Management: Providing development and operational support for the Salesforce CRM system, including both Service and Sales Cloud.
  • System Oversight: Planning, developing, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing the performance of the Salesforce platforms.
  • System Enhancement: Ensuring the smooth operation of the system and enhancing it according to business needs, including platform configuration, Apex/LWC coding, app evaluation and integration, unit test development, and ticket handling.
  • Health Monitoring: Monitoring platform health and managing technical debt.
  • Requirement Analysis: Analyzing and developing new system requirements.
  • Solution Oversight: Overseeing all aspects of the solution, including marketing, sales, service, platform, and integrations.
  • Testing: Executing application and enhancement testing.
  • Integration Implementation: Implementing and operating integration scenarios.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, or Software Developer with Salesforce expertise.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Service Cloud (certifications are a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in both declarative and programmatic customisation within a Salesforce context.
  • Knowledge of Apex, SQL, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with CTI integrated service cloud organizations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
