Your new role

• Provide expert-level support for SAP FI-CO modules, including:
  • General Ledger (FI-GL)
  • Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
  • Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA)
    
    
• Participate in a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA
• Support the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition and system optimization
• Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
• Deliver user training and develop training materials to enhance system adoption
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security protocols, and data privacy policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge retention strategies within the AMS team

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO Application Management Services
• Strong configuration and integration skills across SAP modules
• Proven ability in incident and change management within a complex SAP environment
• Experience in shared services or business support roles is advantageous
