A big prestigious bank is currently hiring a Bancassurance Manager!

What you will do:
  • Promote and sell Bancassurance products through the bank nationwide, mainly to High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) clients.
  • Plan strategies to grow Insurance sales in the bank’s affluent and HNW customer segments
  • Work closely with Wealth Management teams to include insurance as part of clients’ overall wealth‑planning solutions.
  • Join and support sales/marketing events to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent client service and after‑sales support to build long-term relationships.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external insurance partners.
What you need to succeed:
  • Strong understanding of HNW clients’ insurance and wealth needs.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Banca sales or mixed products with notable achievements in sales
  • Strong sales skills and ability to advise and drive revenue.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and high integrity.
