Senior Commercial Advisor

Senior Commercial Advisor with a leading Oil & Gas company to be based in Kuala Lumpur, up to RM300k per annum

Our client is a well-known Oil & Gas company, and they are on the hunt for a Senior Commercial Advisor to join their organisation to be a part of their robust Commercial team.

Your new role

As the Senior Commercial Advisor, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Negotiating & drafting legal & commercial contracts for major Oil & Gas projects or joint ventures
  • Be the key liaison between internal stakeholders on commercial projects
  • Oversee and strengthen the commercial relationship with key partners
  • Responsible for the contracts & commercial arrangement
  • Liaison with external parties where necessary

What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must:
  • Have relevant working experience within Oil & Gas industry with strong technical expertise with PSC, JOV and key commercial contracts
  • Strong commercial knowledge in reviewing and negotiating oil & gas agreements
  • Well-articulated with strong communication and organisational skills
