Senior CRM Specialist
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Has experience using Digital Asset Management (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) but open to others.
Able to design, build, and automate end-to-end customer journeys across channels such as EDM and SMS.
Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and sales performance.
Solid understanding of business processes, marketing strategies, and sales techniques to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals.
Proficient in using SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
High CRM tools proficiency using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho to manage customer data and execute targeted campaigns.
