Senior CRM Specialist
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).  
- Has experience using Digital Asset Management (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) but open to others. 
- Able to design, build, and automate end-to-end customer journeys across channels such as EDM and SMS. 
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and sales performance. 
- Solid understanding of business processes, marketing strategies, and sales techniques to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals. 
- Proficient in using SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis. 
- High CRM tools proficiency using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho to manage customer data and execute targeted campaigns.
