My client is a leading FMCG manufacturer focusing on hygiene solutions to enhance everyday well-being. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in maintenance or electrical/control systems to join their team and work together towards long-term business success.

Your new role

• Safety & Compliance: Enforces safe working practices aligned with company policies and legal standards.

• Maintenance Leadership: Leads the Maintenance Journey with a focus on zero unplanned shutdown, managing KPIs, breakdown elimination, and cost control.

• Team Development: Builds team capabilities through skill development, coaching, and structured training programs, including operator maintenance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with mechanical, quality, and process teams to drive troubleshooting excellence and continuous improvement.

• Technical Expertise & Support: Serves as the lead electrical expert, supporting troubleshooting efforts and guiding the electrical team to meet operational goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in maintenance or electrical/control systems.

• Experience in handling a team of maintenance technicians.

• Strong in machinery troubleshooting skills, especially in electrical/electronic circuits and pneumatic systems.

• Knowledge of PLC, Servomotors and AC motor controllers Sys. is compulsory (Siemens S7/ Mitsubishi/ Rockwell/ Allen Bradley).
