Hiring a Senior Finance Executive [Based in Kuala Lumpur]
Your new company
My client is a public listed company within the Energy industry. They are currently hiring a Senior Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.
Auditors from Big 10 or smaller firms are encouraged to apply.


Your new role
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements / data and report financial performance by comparing actual results, financial KPI and ratios with past data, forecasts and projections.
  • Coordinate with the team on the presentation of monthly financial statements and analysis.
  • Preparation of full set of accounts.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all related matters.
  • Validation of information / input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
  • Manage all taxation-related matters.
  • Perform analytical review of financial statement which includes profit and loss, balance sheet and trend analysis.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, preferably with a professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA/CIMA).
  • At least two years of working experience in a similar field.
  • Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and aggressive environment.
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
