Your new role
  • Cash Flow Management & Projection, ensuring sufficient and uninterrupted cash flows for smooth business operations & growth, support for projects & contingencies
  • Prepare and review group consolidation accounting monthly
  • Ensuring compliance with HDA/ Project A/C withdrawals
  • Advising top management on cash position for the next 12 months for strategic decision-making
  • Monitor individual property development projects

What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary or professional qualification from recognised institutions
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
  • Good written and verbal communication – English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer knowledge – Microsoft Office applications and computerised accounting system.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Innovative and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
