Your new role
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, selection, and offer management.
- Conduct structured candidate evaluations and interviews, providing advisory input to hiring managers, while representing the organisation with professionalism and credibility throughout all candidate interactions.
- Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates on recruitment and hiring status to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department managers to plan and coordinate new hire induction schedules and onboarding logistics, ensuring compliance with Training Procedures and a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Conduct HR induction; regularly update and enhance induction materials and presentations to reflect the latest information and company practices.
- Draft and circulate new hire announcements to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, including system administration, leave and attendance tracking, and report generation.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters, and maintain proper filing systems.
- Administer and support employee benefit matters for the Malaysia office and regional team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity in handling personal and sensitive employee information.
- Support other HR-related matters, including operations, administrations, projects, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience, with solid exposure to the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across all departments and levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and follow-up.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance.
