Your new role

You will be responsible to oversee and analyse the current HR processes from a macro level and lead a major transformation project from brainstorming, innovating and executing for better effeciency and to develop a stronger way of work. Change management, leadership, stakeholder management and a willingness to be hands-on when required will be essential for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 15 years of experience with 8 years as HRBP would be preferred
• Preferably from Manufacturing, Shared Service or Group of Companies would be added advantage
• Proven experience in streamlining processes for large workforce size or SSC structure set-up is an added advantage
• Leadership experience over teams of 8-10 will be ideal
• Proven experience in Change Management
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required
