You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the real estate industry who is looking for a Senior Manager. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role

• Assist in structuring the transaction
• Review and comment on all transactional documents including confidentiality agreement, term sheet, MOU, sale and purchase of shares/business agreement, disclosure letters, option agreements, joint venture agreement, shareholders’ agreement and collaboration agreement
• Participate in the legal due diligence
• Review executive summaries
• Review and comment on all documents including due diligence planning memorandum, prospectus, information memorandum, circulars, announcements and offer documents
• Review and comment on banking agreements including term sheets, letter of offer, facility agreement and other security documents.
• Advise on registrability of marks and copyright
• Instruct and monitor the process of registration
• Review and comment on IP agreements
• Review and comment on IT agreements
• Responsible for the provision of legal advice including opinions and reviewing legal documentation and other operational documents.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10 - 15 years work experience in relevant industry
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate exercises & JV particularly cross border projects
• Relevant experience in Construction or Real Estate industry is highly advantageous
• REIT related experience is desirable
