Your new role

• To lead the Group's consolidation, statutory reporting and management reporting functions.

• You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reports, while delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions.

• Drive the annual audit process by liaising with external auditors and ensure smooth execution and compliance with audit requirements.

• Deliver insightful management reporting by preparing board papers and management reports with meaningful analysis.

• Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Support finance transformation initiatives by working closely with the Financial Controller on modernization efforts for digitalization and process improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, including multi-entity consolidation, with 2–3 years in a managerial role and experience in a Big 4 audit firm.

• Strong technical knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and group consolidation principles.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel/data analytics capabilities.

• A proactive, self-driven attitude and ability to work independently under tight timelines.
