Your new role
This organisation operates as a regional shared services and technology hub, delivering operational, administrative, digital, and analytical support to multiple business units across Asia. What you'll need to succeed
Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations including HR administration, employee records, HRIS optimisation, and data integrity.
Manage employee lifecycle services: onboarding, relocation, visa processing, payroll preparation support, annual HR cycles, and new‑joiner orientation.
Drive digital transformation, automating processes and improving service delivery through HR systems.
Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs to strengthen HR service quality and operational effectiveness.
Manage external vendors (e.g., relocation partners) to ensure service standards and compliance.
Strong understanding of Hong Kong payroll and statutory requirements (not running payroll, but knowing how it works).
Prior experience in Shared Services / SSC, especially those who have gone through transformation or set up SOPs.
Proficiency in Workday and strong ability to extract, analyse, and interpret HR operations data.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to operate confidently with regional teams.
Mandarin or Cantonese language capability is highly preferred for communication with HK counterparts.
Strong “solutioning” mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and navigate operational challenges.
Self‑starter personality able to operate independently, especially as the direct team is based in Hong Kong.
