This company is a world-renowned consumer goods group of companies. They are looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to oversee one entity of their operations, up to 20k.

Your new role

You will be an individual contributor, overseeing the shared services operations in Malaysia. As a business partner to business leaders, you are tasked with establishing a strong relationship between employees and corporate. Key responsibilities include engagement, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits and more. You will receive support in terms of HR operations scope but is expected to be a hands-on, on the ground HRBP.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven background as a HRBP in a multinational organisation
• Prior experience managing shared services
• Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
