You will be working for a global leading insurance shared services centre who is looking for a Senior Manager, Shared Services Operations to be based in Kuala Lumpur. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be part of a regional Insurance Shared Service Centre to support Hong Kong and Singapore client needs, responsible for managing the daily operations of the team in the aspects of policy servicing and processing, ensuring service level agreements on accuracy, productivity and turnaround time per agreed standards with internal/external stakeholders. In that sense, you will be trusted to manage the stakeholders by maintaining and developing interactions and engagement. You will also be required to drive a culture of adherence to policies and procedures by the team as per organisation’s standards and governance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To ensure your success in this role, you will possess: - More than 12 years of working experience within Shared Services (Financial Services industry only)
- Ideally, experience in Insurance Policy Servicing and Administration in General Insurance / Facultative Reinsurance
- Possess strong people management and leadership skills (At least 40 headcounts)
- Excellent time management skills and proven track record in establishing relationships with stakeholders
- Self-driven and capable of strategic thinking and management
