Your new role

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and design for manufacturability. The role also involves driving Lean Six Sigma and 5S practices, supporting capacity planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the operations team.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Solid experience in process manufacturing, with NPI experience being an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimisation techniques
• Experience in the electronics or connectivity components industry is advantageous
