Your new role

As a Senior Building Estimation Quantity Surveyor, you will join the International Project Management Team and play a key role in driving commercial optimisation for large scale building projects.

You will manage tender pricing, evaluate subcontractor proposals and lead critical cost negotiations. The role involves close coordination with regional and international stakeholders, as well as overseas tender and site support when required. This is a role for an experienced professional who thrives in a commercial, project-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in building estimation and quantity surveying within Malaysia

• Fluency in Thai and willingness to travel internationally on a monthly basis

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline

• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation capabilities and subcontractor networks

• Solid understanding of building construction methods and major trade scopes
