Your new role
Develop and execute national/regional sales strategies aligned with ethical business practices
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and uphold company values.
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure consistent messaging and compliance
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, distributors, and institutional clients
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and internal codes of conduct
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales leadership (minimum 7–10 years)
Strong understanding of ethical sales and have experience with private and government hospitals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
Excellent people management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Passion for healthcare and a commitment to ethical excellence
