Your new role

As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of end-to-end supply chain management, which includes overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the supply chain process. This includes purchasing, planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing. You are tasked to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the supply chain from the initial supplier to the final customer, focusing on optimising processes, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, and improving overall supply chain performance. You will also be leading and mentoring the Supply Chain team, ensuring succession planning and talent development strategies are in place to optimise the team's performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid years of professional experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Industrial experience in the electronics and electrical manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in analytics software and ERP systems.

• Proven leadership ability in a people management role.
