Your new role

• Lead the market expansion and develop the growth of our IT services and Business Units
• Drive the achievement of annual targets for customer acquisition, new services and revenue
• Manage fast turnaround on business opportunities and service proposals
• Act as liaison between Digital hub and Business Units, ensuring strong relations
• Establish and maintain standards for monitoring IT service's quality and lead continuous internal process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Kay Account Management or Service Delivery
• Posses Microsoft Excel or Process Improvement Skills knowledge
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Customer-centric, to foster strong relationships
