Your new role
Incentive Management
• Develop and implement incentive schemes that align with brand strategy and sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate incentive effectiveness using performance metrics and ROI analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate and timely payouts
• Communicate incentive plans clearly to field teams and address feedback or disputes
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
• Analyse sales performance data to identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support territory alignment, segmentation, and call planning initiatives
• Track KPIs such as reach, frequency, coverage, and sales conversion rates
• Partner with training teams to enhance field force capabilities through data insights
CRM Management
• Serve as the CRM system owner for the commercial team (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
• Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and compliance with CRM usage standards
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support field operations and leadership
• Liaise with IT and vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades
What you'll need to succeed
• 3–5 years of experience in SFE, sales operations, or commercial analytics within pharma
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM (VEEVA) platforms
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales models, compliance standards, and field dynamics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
