Site Safety Supervisor

Site Safety Supervisor (High-rise building projects / Based in KL)

You will be joining a well-established construction company delivering high-quality building projects in Malaysia. The organisation is known for its structured site management, strong safety culture, and commitment to maintaining the highest construction standards. They are currently looking for a Site Safety Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily site safety operations.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Conducting daily site safety and health inspections and following up on corrective actions.
  • Supporting Toolbox Talks, Pre‑Task Talks, and safety awareness briefings for site personnel.
  • Ensuring all work complies with approved Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), HIRARC, PTW, and client safety requirements.
  • Monitoring site activities and intervening promptly when unsafe acts or conditions are identified.
  • Managing site access control, security coordination, and safety documentation.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Occupational Safety & Health or an equivalent qualification.
  • Valid DOSH Yellow Book.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of site safety supervision experience within a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HIRARC, Permit to Work systems, and SWMS implementation.
  • Good communication, reporting, and enforcement skills with the ability to work independently.
