Your new role

As part of the AML function, you will support senior leadership in implementing and enhancing Sanction and Transaction Monitoring (STM) initiatives. Your role will focus on reviewing transaction and screening alerts, conducting investigations, supporting regulatory reporting, and ensuring AML controls remain effective. You will also provide advisory support to business units, contribute to training initiatives, and participate in system enhancements and ongoing compliance projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field; AML/CFT certification is an advantage.
• Solid experience in AML, compliance, risk, or audit within a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Good understanding of banking operations and AML control frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
