Your new role

You’ll need to develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across key platforms to grow brand awareness, build trust, drive fanbase/followers, and meet digital objectives.

The main responsibility:

Increase Visibility:

• Drive incremental fanbase/followers.
• Increase engagement by moderating user-generated content relevant to target segments.

Explore and Optimise:

• Test and optimise different social media channels.

Data Analysis:

• Use insights and best practices to measure campaign success and refine future efforts.

Algorithm Understanding:

• Understand social platform algorithms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for better performance optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must be:

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the social media and digital marketing field, having managed paid ad campaigns / social media strategy
• Expert knowledge of Social Media management, listening, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, HootSuite, Talkwater
• Facebook Blueprint certification is an advantage
