Your new company

Our client is a leading manufacturer and a distributor of high-quality animal feed products. They are currently looking for a driven Sr Sales Manager to be based in Penang, to lead the business in the Northern area.

Your new role

• To lead the sales team and drive revenue growth in the animal feed industry.

• Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers and distributors.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding market share and entering new markets.

• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the animal feed industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing sales teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
