You will be joining a distinguished European company, specialising in beauty products. This is a market leading company with a legacy spanning over seven decades, operating in nearly 150 countries.

Your new role

You will be in charge of Supply Chain analysis and reporting scope related to inventory control, fulfilment rate and invoice summary. You will be working closely with the Retail Team & Finance Team to ensure order processing and stock return processes are complied and efficient. You will be the key person to manage inventory & 3PL warehouse and distribution management, ensuring inventory level is well controlled, supply risks are mitigated, as well as monitoring distribution KPIs (shortage, deliver on time, delivery quality). You will also be the key user to be involved in the ERP implementation project team, including new system training, User Acceptance Test and new system going live.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Supply Chain role in the retail/FMCG industry.

• Strong analytic skills with the ability to operate analytic tools and reporting software.

• Proficient in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially managing 3PLs.
