Looking for a Sustainability Disclosures Analyst within the Financial Services industry.

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a Sustainability Disclosures Analyst to support its growing sustainability agenda. This role offers broad exposure to sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, ESG ratings, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement within a regional environment.
Your new role
- Support the preparation and delivery of Sustainability Reports, ESG disclosures, and related reporting materials.
- Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, and reporting activities across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Assist in the preparation of submissions and responses to ESG rating agencies such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, and CDP.
- Conduct gap analysis and benchmarking against industry standards, peers, and sustainability frameworks.
- Support materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a robust audit trail and documentation process to support reporting assurance requirements.
- Assist with committee governance activities, including preparing reports, meeting materials, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor developments in sustainability reporting standards and disclosure requirements, including ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, and other relevant frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed - 4-6 years of experience in Sustainability Reporting, ESG Reporting, Sustainability Disclosures, Corporate Reporting, or related fields.
- Experience preparing Sustainability Reports, Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, or ESG disclosures.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, GRI, TCFD, or equivalent standards.
- Experience coordinating ESG data collection, reporting processes, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong written communication, report writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Consulting, or a listed company environment would be an added advantage.
