Your new role

In this role, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Full cycle of Talent Acquisiton (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling etc)
· Attract talents for a variety of roles, including both corporate and operational positions
· Involvement in ad hoc projects, including employer branding initiatives
· Achieving KPIs and targets set by the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Prior experience in a similar role/position
· Fluency in English and Mandarin
· Strong stakeholder management and succession planning skills would be beneficial
