Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (inhouse), your task will be, amongst others, to source, liaise with candidates, and handle all communications between the candidates and hiring managers.
Sourcing:
- Develop a core understanding of the recruitment industry, the recruitment process and specific market sector.
- Supporting team members on the resourcing of specific roles for the business-using internal and external sourcing methods with success
- Screening candidates over the telephone, ascertaining information on skills and experience
- Arranging interviews for candidates, providing detailed information/briefing
Candidate experience:
- Running detailed telephone screening interviews
- Take part in assessment centres
- Managing candidate debrief sessions following interviews providing relevant constructive feedback
- Working with your manager, dealing with often complex offers, counteroffer scenarios and high-level negotiations
Communications:
- Communicating via email, face to face and over the telephone maximises opportunities for the business as a whole.
- Building collaborative internal and external relationships
Communicating issues in a timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably candidate that has global / regional experience for about 3–5 years
- Able to handle stakeholders (from Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia)
- Must be comfortable doing sales, KPIs, and other recruitment activities.
- Must be strong communicating in English.
- Must be resilient, understandable, adaptable, and confident.
