Your new role

• Develop a core understanding of the recruitment industry, the recruitment process and specific market sector.
• Supporting team members on the resourcing of specific roles for the business-using internal and external sourcing methods with success
• Screening candidates over the telephone, ascertaining information on skills and experience
• Arranging interviews for candidates, providing detailed information/briefing

• Running detailed telephone screening interviews
• Take part in assessment centres
• Managing candidate debrief sessions following interviews providing relevant constructive feedback
• Working with your manager, dealing with often complex offers, counteroffer scenarios and high-level negotiations

• Communicating via email, face to face and over the telephone maximises opportunities for the business as a whole.
• Building collaborative internal and external relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably candidate that has global / regional experience for about 3–5 years
• Able to handle stakeholders (from Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia)
• Must be comfortable doing sales, KPIs, and other recruitment activities.
• Must be strong communicating in English.
• Must be resilient, understandable, adaptable, and confident.
