Your new role
You will work with the People & Culture team to drive recruitment for our SEA business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfil some great opportunities to work at Hays. You will be responsible for producing engaging content and advertisements, coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications.
Sourcing & Coordination
Support candidate attraction through JD update, advert creation and other recruitment related content creation
Prepare internal email comms for internal referral programmes, internal vacancies etc
Organising or conducting reference checks
Arrange and minute meetings and discussions
Work with the admin team to prepare materials for the assessment centre
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Create social graphics to promote employer branding
Support campus recruitment activity such as preparing QR codes, brochures, flyers etc
We welcome interns across all disciplines to apply. A degree or prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself on the following qualities:

What you'll get in return
