About the Role

We’re working with a leading global technology company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on sourcing talent across Japan and/or Korea markets. This role will support hiring across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other commercial functions, partnering closely with regional stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and attract top talent across Japan and/or Korea markets
  • Focus on hiring for sales and commercial (GTM) roles
  • Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across APAC
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain talent relationships
  • Deliver a strong and professional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (commercial / sales roles preferred)
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean (essential)
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
  • Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Comfortable working across regional stakeholders and cultures
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Japan and/or Korea hiring markets
  • Background in market mapping or talent intelligence
  • Additional Asian language skills are a plus
  • Proactive, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
