About the Role
We’re working with a leading global technology company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on sourcing talent across Japan and/or Korea markets. This role will support hiring across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other commercial functions, partnering closely with regional stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Source and attract top talent across Japan and/or Korea markets
- Focus on hiring for sales and commercial (GTM) roles
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across APAC
- Conduct market mapping and talent research
- Engage passive candidates and maintain talent relationships
- Deliver a strong and professional candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (commercial / sales roles preferred)
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean (essential)
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Comfortable working across regional stakeholders and cultures
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Japan and/or Korea hiring markets
- Background in market mapping or talent intelligence
- Additional Asian language skills are a plus
- Proactive, driven, and growth-oriented mindset
