Your new role
As a Talent Consultant specializing in Talent Management or Culture & Engagement, you will partner with clients to understand their organizational goals and design tailored solutions that enhance employee experience, leadership development, and cultural transformation. You’ll manage end-to-end consulting projects, from needs analysis and strategy development to implementation and evaluation, while also identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or culture and engagement consulting
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, employee lifecycle, and change management principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
