Your new role
Provide expert guidance on international and cross-border tax matters, ensuring compliance with local and regional tax regulations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks, stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company's tax position while minimising risks, aligned with business goals.
Lead and act as the primary point of contact for discussions with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to address tax risks and ensure compliance.
Support M&A transactions, restructurings, and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.
- Implement efficient tax processes and leverage technology to streamline tax operations and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTIM) and relevant Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years' experience in Tax, covering corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing
- Track record of managing a team and reporting to senior finance team members
