Your new role

IT Business Analyst, this small team of 6-7 individuals manages multiple systems (approximately 16-17) related to Paynet activities, including RPP, rentas, and Interbank giro. The analyst will wear multiple hats, handling end-to-end responsibilities, from gathering requirements to overseeing the entire product lifecycle. The focus will be on BAU support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with developers and vendors.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements.
   • Document requirements, review existing documentation, and create new documentation as needed.
   • Oversee SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) conducted by users.
2. Technical Troubleshooting:
   • Investigate issues by checking logs and querying databases.
   • Perform first-level troubleshooting.
   • Collaborate with vendor support when necessary.
3. Project Management:
   • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
   • Oversee the entire product lifecycle.
   • Coordinate with developers and other teams.
4. Analytical Skills:
   • Analyze technical environments and understand system complexities.
   • Be resourceful in problem-solving, even without extensive documentation.
5. Technical Skills:
   • Basic knowledge of IT concepts.
